Andre Brochetelli is a Founding Partner. Prior to his association with the firm, he was Senior Counsel at French & Casey, LLP, a well known and respected defense litigation firm.
His practice is devoted to commercial and general liability matters including premises liability, labor law, insurance coverage, subrogation, contract review, property damage and professional and products liability.
With decades of industry experience, his practice emphasizes making effective risk management decisions with a sensitivity to the client’s needs and budget. This includes assessing contractual risk and corporate policies and procedures to manage and deter litigation.
Mr. Brochetelli regularly mentors new lawyers and is an active member of the legal community.
