Jonathan Uejio
Appellate Counsel
Jonathan Uejio is Of Counsel to the firm. Prior to his association with the firm, he was a former Partner at a well-known defense litigation firm.

Jonathan specializes in appellate practice, commercial real estate, and insurance coverage. Jonathan advises the firm’s clients on the intricacies of the appellate process. He has personally handled more than 200 appeals in state and federal courts involving a wide range of issues including attorney malpractice, insurance coverage, products liability, construction accident liability, and the First Amendment rights of churches. In the area of insurance law and insurance coverage, he specializes in insurance policy language interpretation, as well as assisting clients negotiate coverage with their brokers and insurers. Jonathan is also an experienced trial attorney who has taken a number of significant exposure cases to verdict.
